Prepare for your first session

How I prepare

I take time before our first session to review my notes and thoughts from our phone conversation or emails. This is your time and I intend to be there fully for you.

How you can prepare

A first session often goes 90 minutes or more. Later sessions are 60 – 75 minutes.

If we are meeting on Skype, have some water at hand to drink during the session, and some tissues close by. We never know if tears might flow.

Use earbuds, if possible.

After the first session, drink a lot of water and rest as much as possible. Occasionally a client experiences 1 – 3 days of fatigue. It will pass.

Be careful about driving or handling heavy equipment after a session.
